I was real happy with our sales man & the team that did our paperwork

Not happy because I asked them to grease my truck but it wasn’t done. This isn’t the first time it’s happened.

My family has bought several new vehicles from your business , I can tell your numbers must be down when you cheat over a high school senior buying her first car. Then no one even asks for her down payment we leave she asked if either of us wrote a check so went back into the business who just screwed my daughter out of some incentives she was entitled to and she wrote you a check for her downpayment so maybe before you close your doors for no return customers in a rural area maybe you could take some moral and ethical skills from her the student you showed how pathetic you really are. Thank you for assuring I will never do business with you again I hope that few hundred dollars treats you well. Sincerely my last time with you! Willie Dennis

There was a huge lack of communication by and unprofessionalism from the finance department.

Friendly and helpful staff

I feel our salesman did a good job.. I feel the finance manager spoke too fast went over details too quickly and didn't explain thoroughly.... And for two days now I've been trying to get back to him to have him answer questions.. about the warranty he sold us.... As far as the instructions on how to manage the vehicle there's a lot to take in and I think it's pretty overwhelming.... Perhaps that should be a second follow-up if you had the vehicle a couple of days...

Wait time was longer than expected, but luck of the draw considering no appointments needed. Everything else was excellent.
