Then no one even asks for her down payment we leave she asked if either of us wrote a check so went back into the business who just screwed my daughter out of some incentives she was entitled to and she wrote you a check for her downpayment so maybe before you close your doors for no return customers in a rural area maybe you could take some moral and ethical skills from her the student you showed how pathetic you really are. And for two days now I've been trying to get back to him to have him answer questions.. about the warranty he sold us.... As far as the instructions on how to manage the vehicle there's a lot to take in and I think it's pretty overwhelming.... PANORA, IA | 2021 Chevrolet EquinoxMay 12, 2025It was very stressful. I have an intoxalock on my car. I haven't had any problems until this time when they didn't know how to do my oil change and tire rotation without setting off the device. It continued to honk the horn and then wouldn't let me start the car. I had to call the customer service to finally get it to work. It was not a pleasant experience and I was very embarrassed. They should be brought up to speed on what they can and can't do when the device is on a vehicle.Response from Karl Chevrolet of Stuart
