CLIVE, IA | 2025 Chevrolet TahoeJune 18, 2025I feel our salesman did a good job.. I feel the finance manager spoke too fast went over details too quickly and didn't explain thoroughly.... And for two days now I've been trying to get back to him to have him answer questions.. about the warranty he sold us.... As far as the instructions on how to manage the vehicle there's a lot to take in and I think it's pretty overwhelming.... Perhaps that should be a second follow-up if you had the vehicle a couple of days...Response from Karl Chevrolet of Stuart

PANORA, IA | 2021 Chevrolet EquinoxMay 12, 2025It was very stressful. I have an intoxalock on my car. I haven't had any problems until this time when they didn't know how to do my oil change and tire rotation without setting off the device. It continued to honk the horn and then wouldn't let me start the car. I had to call the customer service to finally get it to work. It was not a pleasant experience and I was very embarrassed. They should be brought up to speed on what they can and can't do when the device is on a vehicle.Response from Karl Chevrolet of Stuart
