Service has always been 5 star at the Stuart location.

The staff here is always so friendly. Pickup and drop off is so easy, and they even offered to pick it up for free if my schedule had gotten too hectic. The car was parked inside overnight which I appreciate. Service was completed in just a few hours with free software updates. The FREE oil changes for life is a huge savings on a Corvette, and I really appreciate the purchase perk at Karls.

Perfect from start to finish! Only sad item is the lost benefit of "free oil changes for life" with buying new is gone. This is very disappointing. However, the salesman, McKlain Jorgensen is just the best and the reason we decided to buy again from Karl in Stuart. He is truly an asset!

I will not fill out these surveys because a few years ago, a lady I was working with at the time told me that my survey was laying on a desk when she was looking at cars, and she read the whole thing, and told me my address as proof that she read it.

Took my truck in for a temp gage and fan not working ended up being a thermostat issue.. my bill was almost $750!! Absolutely outrageous! My part was $130 unnecessary charges for the battery (which is under warranty) and the labor was out of this world!! I always regret taking my truck into this dealership!!

Very quick service glad they check all the filters- tires wipers etc to keep me out of trouble. I did have an issue with the car wash ticket that they give out- the machine just took it and I got no car wash.

They made the repairs so easy. Picked up my truck at 8 and home by 3. They changed the oil and rotated the tires at the same time saving me an extra trip.

Overall, this was a positive experience and I’m happy with the vehicle and final outcome. A few opportunities for improvement I noticed during delivery and follow-up: • Final delivery prep could be tighter (e.g., washer fluid was empty on pickup). • Accessory communication could be clearer — confirming exactly what is installed vs. what was discussed would help avoid confusion around warranty coverage. • Small execution details (like color confirmation and documentation completeness) would benefit from one last cross-check before delivery. None of these were deal-breakers, and the team was professional and responsive when questions came up. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback to help improve the experience for future customers.

Andrew the service manager does a good job of taking care of the problem but it just keeps repeating.. general motors has a problem with their module that connects the garage door opener keeps losing the code. This is the second one I've gone through in 3 months..

had a message on screen about a problem. Called Karl Chev & made appointment. Went to service Department, they took over & had parts to fix in a short time I was on my way home

It took an extra week longer than I was originally given. I had to call multiple times to get an update. I was told two different times that they would call me back with an update but didn't do it.

I told Karl years ago that a high school friend sold me my first vehicle from Karl Chevrolet but what keeps me coming back is your service department. My first vehicle purchased at Karl's was a 1998 Blazer and I purchase a extended warranty. Service dept discovered transmission was going bad about 3 months before it expired and replaced it before I felt it slipping. A lot of business would have waited till it expired and then I would have had a problem.

The sales staff and mangers did great. I had a 2026 equinox that was totaled in an accident and they made sure they took care of us to get the new car.

I called in Friday afternoon , they recommended that I arrive at 7:00 am Saturday. I did, they got me right in , I walked over to have breakfast , when I returned, the service - first oil change, tire rotation and overall check was nearly complete. I had an appointment first thing in the morning but at the end of the day I did not hear from anyone so I called and the service tech I talked to said the mechanic has not had time for it but will get to it tomorrow. How does he not have time when I was the first appointment. Then the mechanic called and gave a long B.S. story and I told him I already know he has not touched the car today. He then tried to smooth that over. Several days went by that required me to call for an update. No one called me to offer an update! Terrible service! Our car was considered totaled and I am so disappointed with the service I will not be buying a new car from Karl's.

Our dealing with Blake was very smooth. He explain any questions we had on our transaction with a new 2026 Silverado .This is our 2nd new vehicle purchased with Blake (Karl Stuart) and he did an excellent job both times. The paperwork went very well and smoothly also. The final step before leaving with our new 2026 Silverado ended as well as the rest of the transaction. He helped with getting On Star set up and explained the functionality of the truck. Will definitely go to Karl’s in Stuart for our next vehicle and services.

I purchased a vehicle recently at Stuart Karl Chevrolet. I had called and made an appointment with McClain. The experience was incredibly simple and no hassle. I’m a woman and haven’t had the best experiences at car dealerships in the past. I’ve been treated like I’m the “little woman” and I don’t appreciate it. I’m married but I went alone as I’m perfectly capable of doing that. My husband didn’t need to take time off work and he doesn’t enjoy that anyways. So the manager, my salesman, finance dept and tech all helped me and treated me just like anyone else. It was simple and straight forward. They were very down to earth and I really appreciated the service and consideration.

I just appreciate a response to my inquiry. I had contacted other dealerships with very little response and was irritated.

My tire pressure is supposed to be 42-45 lbs. When I got in my truck, all tires were down to 33 lbs. When I got home, I checked my manual and pumped them back up to 43 lbs.

Great service. My check engine light came on when I was on my way in for an oil change and it was addressed and resolved the same day!

Express service really is fast. I needed my fuel filter changed and oil along with the tires rotated. Before I had drank my coffee ( Karl's furnished) my truck was finished.

I brought my 2014 Buick Encore in for an oil change as I do around every 3000 miles. I had earned enough punches for a free oil change. During my wait, they brought out my engine filter and cabin filter. They were both filthy! Granted, I live on gravel, so I expected them to be a little dirty. But they were horrible. When I was paying my bill, I asked when was the last time both of my filters had been changed. I was appalled when they told me that it was 2022 for my engine filter and 2021 for my cabin filter. We have been bringing our cars to you for years!! You’ve always treated us right and you’re close to Earlham, where we live. Is it a new policy that when someone has earned a free oil change that the engine and cabin filters finally get looked at? I was very disappointed when I found out how long it had been since they had been changed. It showed that it had been a very long time.

Doug the service manager was excellent with his commination as the work progressed. The car was returned much better than when it arrived at the dealership. Doug made sure it remained inside since it was a Z06 Corvette. I couldn't be happier with the results!
